v0.11.210: Den enterprise org controls expand and microsandbox preview lands

• Added a microsandbox preview mode. Toggle in Settings > Advanced to enable it and test it out. That means no more docker as a requirement to create fast, isolated workspaces.
• Openwork Organization owners can now define allowed email domains. Active-Org-Aware Desktop sign-in, and rename their org.
• Better control for Org owners regarding who accepts invites and invite delivery failures.
• Quality of life: Added Spanish and Catalan localization, a shortcut to access the docs in the app, and made the landing page easier to read for agents.
